Salon Policy
Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at D’Artiste Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
You have 48 hours to contact the us to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.
Right to Refuse Service
D’Artiste reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Return Policy
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Late & No Show
Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for.
Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Children
We do not perform services on children under the age of 12. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while the consultation is performed.
Methods of payment
D'Artiste accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay.
Reservations
You may request a reservation by Texting or calling the salon. Online Reservation is possible but your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from D’Artiste.

Our goal is to provide trendy fitted styles to each client while providing a warm, homey atmosphere that customers will enjoy while spending time in our salon.
Joseph likes to focus solely on each client while they are in the chair, and he has already accumulated so many "Manias" who love his work!
We've designed the salon as a space you can come to relax and enjoy nice music with a variety of refreshing kinds of tea or coffee!
